Saw blades with extremely small chip gullets
Extremely quiet operation, exceptional cutting in the widest variety of materials with long edge life with the new diamond tipped saw blade from Stehle.
Perfect cuts in many materials
The "hollow-ground tooth geometry" results in extremely clean and precise cuts in a wide range of materials, from cross-sectional and longitudinal cuts in solid woods, laminated wooden panels to plastics to synthetic materials and abrasive materials like mineral materials and fiber cement bound materials.
All of this plus a long edge life thanks to the diamond-tips.
With its cutting width of only 2.5 mm, the blade generates only a small cutting pressure and operates nearly without rebound. All of this at a very low noise level. Compared to other DP saw blades available on the market, noise measurements of the Stehle NoNoise blades returned the lowest values.
The "NoNoise-System" is currently available for sizing and table saws, vertical panel sizing saws and chop saws. The blades can be resharpened a max. of two times.
The thickness of the splitting wedge for these saw blades must be between 2.0 and 2.4 mm.
To round them out, compatible scoring saw blades are available in 120 and 125 mm diameters, likewise with small chip gullets.
